I want to tell you this story, as I have been doing every night for almost a month.

Today I received negative feedback from a customer.

Anyone who has an online business, and spends days in front of the PC creating digital and non-digital products, will think it’s the end of the world.
But no, it’s not.

It is an opportunity for change for you and your business. You will be able to give more attention to the next sales and your next customers. See it as an opportunity to grow…

Elegantly write to your customer: “Thank you for your feedback, it will be an opportunity for us to grow and we will try to improve the quality of our products and services, have a nice day.”

So you have already earned 101 points.

Until today you have given your best A and B on that product… From today you will add C.

In this 2023, 3 occasions and opportunities have already presented themselves. All to be evaluated of course, never be in a hurry, because it could get better.

Tomorrow will always be better!
