Sometimes we want to change, but we keep putting it off until change is due

It’s called the survival instinct. In a situation (considered difficult) with no means or options to combat it, one opts for change

It’s called the survival instinct. In a situation that would like to be addressed without means or options, the change is opted for. In other words, we do it for the good of ourselves, or, a bit of healthy selfishness never hurts.

Then the situations should be seen with a more analytical perspective and effective utility at that time.

In these cases (or moments in our lives) we should ask ourselves:

Is this project worth it?
Will all my efforts, for months or years now, pay off?
Will the sacrifices to my social life and well-being be of use in the near future?
Have I achieved the goals set at the beginning of this journey so far?

Sometimes it takes a great deal of awareness and realism to answer these questions and a pinch of courage to rebuild and build your new TOMORROW.

We are not trapped, as many believe, we can all (and in my opinion we must) change. Change is adaptation, adaptation is survival but survival is not life.
But it is a necessary action to keep up with the times and be on guard for new opportunities that present themselves without closing our doors to the world. Continuous change can only work to your advantage.

I’ve written many articles about change and about embarking on a new life, but the difficult thing is not writing, thinking and elaborating… but taking action!!!

Always imagine new scenarios, add something new to your day… Go to the gym, you’ll meet new people and you’ll benefit your body. Take that art and painting course, one day you will be able to sell your paintings!! Take that foreign language course one day you can be an instant translator and that’s money!!

With my articles I want to encourage you to do more for yourself and for others, because if you feel good about yourself, you feel good and at peace with the rest of the world too.

In life there are few certainties, indeed few or non-existent, but the only certainty in the world is the setting of the sun the rising of the latter, and it’s up to you to face these days in the best possible way and create your own peace, serenity and happiness.
