As I mentioned in my new book I love to travel and explore new places and with this article I want to recommend the best accommodations to live
Below I will list the best monthly accommodations to explore (stay a month in a certain place and study the benefits for a possible future move), live, retire in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.
I’ve examined the entire month of May 2021.

The places most recommended by me are Central America ,the Caribbean, the Nordic countries in Europe and Oceania.
For this article, I have chosen the Dominican Republic for: ease of access from Europe and America (below I will list the best airports and flights), accessibility regarding monthly rentals and charm of the place.

Fishing Lodge Cap Cana
1 May to 31 May: 1077 £ / per month
Located in Punta Cana, a 5-minute walk from Playa Juanillo beach, Fishing Lodge Cap Cana offers an outdoor pool and an on-site restaurant. The property features modern apartments with sea views.
Each apartment here is air-conditioned and includes a kitchenette and a seating area with a sofa bed. They either overlook the swimming pool or the Caribbean Sea.
At Fishing Lodge Cap Cana you will find a private beach area and a fitness center, while other facilities like grocery deliveries, a shared lounge and dry cleaning are offered.
Terraza Art Villa Dominicana
1 May to 31 May: 754 £ / per month
This Villa features accommodations in Punta Cana with access to a bar, a garden, as well as a 24-hour front desk. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi.
Offering 1 bedroom, this air-conditioned apartment features 1 bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. A flat-screen TV is available.
Guests at the apartment can enjoy a continental breakfast.
Terraza Art Villa Dominicana offers a terrace. A car rental service is available at the accommodations.
Price: 861 £ / per month
Located in Punta Cana, Laguna Golf offers an outdoor pool and a fitness center. The property also features a hot tub and shuttle services for a fee.
The apartment will provide you with a TV, air conditioning and a balcony. There is a full kitchen that includes a dishwasher and a microwave. Featuring a spa bath, the private bathroom also comes with a shower. Views of the pool area and the garden can be enjoyed from the balcony.
Personally, the resorts are my favorite part you find everything, all included, in one place: swimming pool, gym, restaurant, shops, golf courses, private beaches, the security of sleeping at night with the door open …
