How to survive Monday and face the week
I’ll tell you some of my tips, to start the working week, as the CEO of two multinationals companies
Rule number one: take the day and the week to come with positive minds.

It’s stronger than me, but many times I’m wrong, check my email first.
By checking my email, I put negative thoughts and non-existent problems into my mind.
The other advice I give you is to do gymnastics: a walk in the street of your house or a bit of gym at home can be fine.
One thing I love to do is write down the week’s goals on paper. They open your mind and make sure you can better imagine the project you have in mind. Moreover, like me, you avoid forgetting things (even at the age of 21).
Last but not least, have a light healthy breakfast like coffee and fruit. Eating well starts the day well.
If you start off well on Monday, the week will be a breeze, but not always.
